Gen Z culture is not about having 'cliques' in school- like the jocks, cheerleaders, etc. It isn't so black-and-white, since people are starting to not fall under one stereotype anymore. The preppy girl is also the smartest in the class. The best athlete in the school is also in robotics club. The nerdy kid is one of the most popular kids in the school. We see beyond what a person is at face-value. We let people be themselves, not just be one aspect of themselves. We know that titles and cliques don't really matter. We are Gen Z. |
